I'm Coach Tiffany - certified menopause, fitness & nutrition coach. Like many women entering midlife, you may have noticed that your body doesn’t respond the way it used to.

As a midlife woman myself navigating perimenopause, I understand these changes firsthand. The strategies that worked earlier in life often need to evolve, and many women are left trying to figure out how to adapt their training and nutrition during this stage.
That’s exactly why I created StrongHer Coaching.
Before focusing on midlife women, I spent years coaching hundreds of women through their fitness journeys as both a running coach and strength coach. I’ve also competed as an elite bikini competitor, which gave me deep experience in training, nutrition, and body composition.
But what I’ve learned through coaching — and through my own midlife experience — is that women in this stage of life need a different approach.
As a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach, I now specialize in helping women navigate the unique changes that happen during perimenopause and menopause.
My approach focuses on rebuilding strength, supporting metabolism, and creating sustainable habits that work with your body — not against it.

Like many women, I spent years believing that the key to staying fit was simply doing more cardio, eating less, and cutting out certain foods. I tried the endless cardio sessions, the restrictive diets, and even eliminating carbs in hopes of maintaining my physique.
For a while, those approaches seemed to work. But over time — especially as I entered midlife — I began to realize that the strategies many of us were taught simply aren’t sustainable and often don’t support the changes our bodies go through during perimenopause and menopause.
Hormonal shifts can impact metabolism, muscle mass, recovery, and energy levels. Yet too often women are still told to just “eat less and exercise more.”
But midlife requires a smarter approach.
That’s why I focus my coaching on helping women build strength, support their metabolism, and create sustainable habits that work with their bodies — not against them.
